The centre accommodates a mini hospital for workers, a day care centre for children with trained child care professionals, a large dining hall, a spacious prayer hall, a world-class training centre with multimedia facilities, and a subsidized dining room. Medical Facilities

A 3-bed mini hospital has been set up on the factory premises, with two full-time doctors and nurses caring for the immediate medical needs of all employees.

Modern Fire Fighting

Sayam Knit Fab. has equipped the factory with a high-quality fire protection system — beyond statutory fire-fighting equipment, the entire facility is actively monitored, powered, and staffed to respond immediately.

Detection and Protection & Monitoring

Protected by over 1,300 compartment fire sprinklers and more than 100 detection devices (Manual Call Points, smoke detectors, heat detectors, and sounders), our system allows the control room to instantly pinpoint fire locations and manage safe, orderly evacuations.

Power Backup

A Bus Bar Trunking System from Graziadio of Italy supplies power throughout the facility, with a redundant, separate bus bar dedicated to lighting and power. IPS power Serves as your zero-break or quick-transfer backup. It keeps emergency lighting, Fire control panels. Also LPS Air terminals (lightning rods) and down-conductors dissipate direct strike current safely into the ground grid outside the structure.

Fire Pump & Water Supply

Over 300,000+ liter dedicated fire water reserve paired with a diesel-driven backup pump meets solid industrial life-safety benchmarks (such as BNBC and NFPA standards). Having a standalone supply ensures fire suppression remains 100% operational even if utility water fails or power cuts out completely.

Staff Training & Response

Hazard awareness training and the correct use of safety equipment is mandatory for all staff. A dedicated fire-fighting unit is trained for first response, with its team leader reporting directly to the company director and taking part in regular safety briefings.Two emergency exits in each floor has been installed ensuring the highest level of safety
